As a painter inspired by gratitude in seeing, whether it's the intricate wonders of nature, the boundless joy found in the innocence of children, or the timeless strength embodied by the feminine, Camila is endlessly inspired to capture these moments on canvas. She tries to bring to her paintings a little of the functioning of nature and the harmony of its colors, which she believes are absolutely perfect. Linking childish features to her passion for nature, which demonstrate innocence and simplicity, and sometimes feminine contours, which she believes are symbols of mystery and strength. Camila's primary medium is acrylic paint, complemented mainly by a harmonious fusion of oil chalk and pastels. Through her art, she aspires to evoke contemplation on our relationship with nature and our inner selves. As a woman, professional, daughter, and mother, she feels that women spend their lives providing for others, like nature, and because we are used to this functioning we forget to be grateful for it daily, as if it were an obligation of women and nature, provide for others before themselves.
